The vegetable soups are prepared using vegetables and leaf vegetables as main ingredients. Some our soups also have fruits, such as tomato, apple, and others. They are mostly prepared as a cream-based soup. Basic ingredients in addition to vegetables includes cuts of beef and chicken, beans, chicken or beef broth, olive oil, seasonings, salt and pepper, among myriad others. They are typically served hot, although some, such as borscht soup, can also be served cold.
