This soup is an elevated version of Dr. Henry Bieler physician’s and Dr. Thomas Connelly chiropractor’s Vegetable Soup. Both recommend this soup for back pain, ligament problems and other depleted adrenal functions. The combination of zucchini, green beans, celery, parsley, and free-range chicken bone stock is ideal for restoring acid-alkaline balance in the body (see page 608 in Nourishing Traditions book by Sally Fallon with Mary G Enig, PhD). It is served frozen and chilled (ready to heat and eat).
