We always take the time to let our organic chicken bones, feet and necks simmer at least twenty four hours. This technique fully extracts all of the flavours and nutrients from the bones, feet and necks, while simultaneously creates a gelatin rich chicken stock with low sodium. We are adding extra nutrients by simmering bones with root and other vegetables.
Our Chicken Stock is used primarily for making chicken bone broth based soups. This stock is easy to digest and drinking 1-2 cups a day is a gentle way to get important nutrients into the body. We recommend to drink Chicken Stock, especially if they have a compromised digestive system.
